Tour Description
Join us on a 2-night, 3-day journey through the picturesque region of Burgundy, France. Our tour begins in Paris and takes us east to Burgundy, where we'll explore charming villages, medieval towns, and world-renowned wine country.
We'll visit Noyers sur Serein, a stunning village with narrow streets and half-timbered houses, and continue to Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines. Here, we'll have time for lunch and a visit to the historic Hospice de Beaune.
Next, we'll arrive in Dijon, the capital of the region, and discover its lively streets, medieval architecture, and the impressive Palace of the Dukes. After an overnight stay in Dijon, we'll visit Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the medieval city of Semur en Auxois.
We'll also visit Vezelay, one of France's most beautiful villages, with its impressive basilica and stunning scenery. Finally, we'll return to Paris for an overnight stay, bringing our Burgundy adventure to a close.
